I was telling Fred I've heard of some ice fishing for them on Mount Hope Pond, and I wondered if any goes on at Amwell Lake. But Fred doesn't ice fish, anyway.

Got the Fisherman, have not read it yet. I had a couple PM hours free on Monday and stopped at Amwell. About 10 fishermen, no trout caught, one guy confirmed they did stock in the AM. Guessing the trout need to acclimate. Also stopped at RV, did crankbaits in the swim hole, one hit. The main lake looks surreal being that low. They added a concrete ramp to the cartop launch.
